At ThePack Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your fit; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unworn items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all tags are intact and the hygienic seal has not been tampered with to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn underwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a mailing envelope or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for hygiene compliance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
